3. Fees and Payments

a. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchase subscriptions or services through Apple's App Store or Google Play:

• Apple and Google charge a 30% platform fee on amounts paid by you.
• After Apple or Google's platform fee, Levl charges its own service fees on the remaining amount as disclosed at checkout or within the App.

b. Web-Based Purchases

If you purchase services through the Website:

• Levl charges a 10% service fee based on the amount you charge or earn through the platform.
• Applicable payment processing fees (e.g., credit card or ACH fees) are also charged in addition to the 10% service fee.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform where you originally subscribed.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using Levl, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Levl for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Upload malicious or infringing content

7. Intellectual Property

All Levl branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Levl and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
